#JeddahRain: Areas Affected

2009 Jeddah flood: 90 mm max
2011 Jeddah flood: 111 mm max

The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) set up a website dedicated to the Exhibition Center efforts called forJeddah.org.

The website is completely in Arabic, and I found a map of where and how much rainfall there was on the Western side of Saudi Arabia. I translated it and made it more comprehensive:
